Next Homebrew ... I Think

Well, here it is ... sorta. The grainbill could change a bit, the hops could change a lot, I have a lot in my freezer to choose from. I may make it a hop bomb, if I do I will call it my Sweet n Spicy Hop Slut. I am aiming for a very light in color brew.

Notes:
Honey idea from Bells HopSlam
Rye from Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye
Fermentis US-05 is Cali I ale yeast, dried format (works very well and cheap.)
Rice used to make sure the Rye doesn't stick the mash.
May dry hop

Ingredients:
8.0 lb Pilsner Malt
2.0 lb Rye Malt
1.0 lb Rye Flaked
0.5 lb Rice Hulls
1.0 lb Dry Extra Light
2.0 lb Honey
1.0 ea Fermentis US-05 Safale US-05
0.5 oz Summitt (16.9%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
1.0 oz Amarillo (8.5%) - added during boil, boiled 10.0 min
2.0 oz Cascade (7.4%) - steeped after boil
